This full-tang, fully-quenched blade is forged from a combination of 1084HC, Japanese White laminate and copper that's been acid etched (blade and tang) to show the pattern though the entire knife. The flats are forge marked/acid soaked as well. The blade has a thumb rise, integral guard and beveled spine/clip. This blade has a 4 1/8" cutting edge and is 9 1/8" overall, weighing in at 6.8 oz. The handle scales are stabilized A-grade California Buckeye Burl (with a small bit of green acrylic towards the pommel) along with black G-10 tang liners. The handle is done in my "palm swell" style and is secured with mild steel (J-bolt) handle bolts with a stainless steel and black Lone Star accent pin. This knife comes with a fully tooled/carved and two-toned leather pouch sheath with a belt loop by Gerald Harper, Saddle Mountain Leather.
