"The Boss Squirrel-tail #2" This curly tailed Hunter/Utility Knife is forged from 1084 high carbon steel. This knife has hand-rubbed bevels and is edge-quenched and etched to show the Hamon/quench lines. This piece also has a file worked thumb rest and forge marked/acid soaked flats. This blade has a 4 5/8" cutting edge and is 8 3/8" overall, weighing in at 4.8 oz. The steel tang is drawn and curled into a handle. This knife comes with a fully tooled leather pouch sheath with a belt loop by Gerald Harper, Saddle Mountain Leather.
