"The Armadillo Hunter" This full-tang Hunter is forged from Reverse Fishhook canister damascus (uncoated HC fish hooks with 1095+4% Nic. HC powdered steel in a canister weld). This knife is fully-quenched and blue-backed. With hand-rubbed bevels, fully etched and with a file worked thumb rest and forge marked/acid soaked flats. This blade has a 4 1/4" cutting edge and is 8 3/8" overall, weighing in at 6.6 oz. The handle scales are actual stable Armadillo shell with beveled black G-10 tang liners and are secured with domed stainless steel handle bolts with an exposed pommel/lanyard hole. This knife comes with a border tooled/two-toned leather pouch sheath with a belt loop by Gerald Harper, Saddle Mountain Leather.
