"Tejas Ranch Knife" This full-tang Hunter/Utility piece is forged from 1084 high carbon steel. This blade is fully-quenched and then "blue-backed" to give it the flex of an edge quenched blade This entire knife is fully etched, tang and all, beveled for comfort and has forge marked/acid soaked flats with a thumb rise and integral finger guard. This blade has a 4" cutting edge and is just a hair under 9" overall, weighing in at 7.2 oz. The handle scales are A-grade Mesquite Burl wood with Blaze Orange G-10 tang liners and are secured with Brass handle bolts. This handle also has an exposed pommel/lanyard hole. This knife also comes with a border tooled/two-toned leather pouch sheath with a belt loop by Gerald Harper, Saddle Mountain Leather.
