"Squirrel-tail Necker" This full-tang (basically) belt/neck knife is forged from 1084 high carbon steel. The blade is fully quenched and then "blue-backed" to give it the flex of an edge quenched blade This entire knife is fully etched, tang and all, beveled for comfort. This blade has forge marked/acid soaked flats with a file worked thumb rest at the start of the beveled spine. This blade has a 2 3/4" cutting edge and is 5 1/2" overall, weighing in at 2.1 oz. The drawn and curled handle/tang is also beveled for a comfortable grip. This knife comes with a border tooled/two-toned leather combo pouch sheath with a belt loop and braided cord and magnetic connector with clasp (for security) for both belt and neck carry by Gerald Harper, Saddle Mountain Leather.
