This full-tang, fully quenched blade forged from 250+ layers of 1095/15N20/5160 high carbon steels done in my "Raindrop" pattern Damascus with forge marked/acid soaked flats for contrast and a beveled spine and corners for comfort, as well as a thumb rise for better control. This piece is fully etched, tang and all. This blade has a 6 3/8" cutting edge and is 11 1/4" overall, weighing in at 9 oz. The handle scales are stabilized, A-grade Redwood Burl with Black G-10 tang liners, done in my "palm swell" style and are secured with mild steel "J-bolt" handle bolts and has a mosaic center pin as an accent. There is also an exposed pommel/lanyard liner hole. This knife comes with a fully tooled/carved, two-tone leather pouch sheath with a matching tooled belt loop by Gerald Harper, Saddle Mountain Leather.
