This full tang, edge quenched blade is forged from 1084 high carbon steel with hand-rubbed bevels that are etched to show the multiple Hamon/quench lines along with forge marked/acid-soaked flats and a file worked "thumb rest". The blade is fully etched, and all corners are beveled, tang and all. This blade has a 3 3/4" cutting edge and is 7 7/8" overall, weighing in at 5.9 oz. The handle is done in black/green "glow-in-the-dark" Glaze scales. The scales are secured with "clear/invisible" acrylic pins as well as an exposed lanyard hole/pommel end. This knife comes with a border tooled and two-toned leather “universal carry” pouch sheath with a matching tooled belt loop by Gerald Harper, Saddle Mountain Leather.
