This full-tang knife has an, edge-quenched blade forged from W1 high carbon steel, acid etched to show the Hamon/quench line. The flats have forge marked/acid soaked flats. The blade has a thumb rise, integral guard and a beveled spine. This blade has a 4" cutting edge and is 8 3/4" overall, weighing in at 7.8 oz. The handle scales are A+ grade Curly Masur Birch handle scales with Black G-10 tang liners done in my "palm swell" style and secured with brass handle bolts with an exposed lanyard hole. This knife comes with a tooled and two-toned leather pouch sheath with a belt loop by Gerald Harper, Saddle Mountain Leather.
