This full-tang, fully-quenched Boot Dagger blade is forged from 1095HC powdered steel and high carbon steel fish-hooks, done in a canister weld. The hand-rubbed blade bevels and the forge marked/acid soaked flats of the blade are all etched to show the pattern though the entire knife (as well as the tang edges). This dagger also has integral lugs/double guard as well as an exposed pommel/lanyard hole. This blade has a 3 1/2" double cutting edge and is 7 3/8" overall, weighing in at 3.5 oz. The handle scales are Maroon and Black Ultrex (G-10/rubber composite) done in a "palm swell" style and secured with 3 translucent Maroon pins. This knife comes with a stamped leather Boot/Pocket sheath with a blackened stainless clip by Gerald Harper, Saddle Mountain Leather.
